Ignite is a private communication tool for consenting adult partners. A status of "Open" indicates sincere availability but is never an obligation; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Ignite Premium is an auto-renewable subscription available in two plans: Monthly at €2.99 per month, and Yearly at €14.99 per year. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country and currency, as set by Google Play or the Apple App Store. One subscription covers both linked partners.
Free trial: the Monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial and the Yearly plan a 14-day free trial, for eligible new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and the first payment is charged.
Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price of your plan, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: purchases and billing are handled by the store where you subscribed. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the subscription settings of your Google Play or Apple App Store account. Deleting the app or your Ignite account does not cancel the subscription. After cancellation, Premium remains active until the end of the period already paid; no further renewal is charged.
Refunds: payments are collected by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and refund requests are handled by them under their own policies. Ignite does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
